The CGDN Proteomics Core
offers a variety of services to research scientists:
Identifying protein
interactions
Mapping protein interactions
Protein structure and
characterization
Alpha testing for new
proteomic technologies
Data management
Bioinformatic technology
development
The proteomics
core facility uses a number of technologies to study
proteins : gel imaging and protein spot or band excision,
in gel proteolysis, mass spectrometry sample preparation,
protein identification by peptide mass mapping, protein
phosphorylation analysis, de novo protein sequencing
by mass spectrometry, LC/MS/MS, and database searching.
